Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, reception, or client-facing experience.
• Veterinary reception or healthcare front-desk experience preferred; other customer service backgrounds considered.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, Avimark, preferred.
