Job summary

The Animal Rescue League of Boston is seeking a Client Liaison for Boston Veterinary Care on a temporary, part-time basis in Boston, MA. The role focuses on welcoming clients, checking them in/out for appointments and procedures, and ensuring a positive client experience.

This temporary position runs 8–12 weeks with shifts Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, offering a base hourly rate starting at $21/hour plus ongoing training and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of clients for appointments and procedures.
• Answer client inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Provide feedback to improve care and service.
