Qualifications

• Proficiency with a multi-phone line system and in-person client interactions; Avimark experience preferred.

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the hospital.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow; handle check-in/check-out.
• Answer multi-line phones and assist in-person clients with information about services.
