Qualifications

• Minimum 100-TON Master Inland or above license.
• TWIC, First Aid/CPR certification.
• Marine Radio Operator Permit.
• Strong safety and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation and navigation of the vessel in all weather.
• Ensure proper manning and crew performance.
• Train crew and conduct safety drills.
• Comply with USCG, Federal and state laws and company policies.
• Maintain vessel logs and records in Wheel-House Software.
• Report incidents promptly to management.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the vessel.
• Operate and maintain propulsion, electrical, and safety systems.
