Job summary

Hornblower Group is seeking an experienced vessel captain to oversee safe operation, maintenance, and crew supervision. You will ensure navigation safety, proper manning, and adherence to USCG and company policies, while maintaining vessel appearance and system integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive safety experience, and the ability to conduct timely safety drills and daily briefings. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 100-TON Master Inland or above License is required.
• Strong focus on safety, navigation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe operation and navigation of the vessel in all weather conditions.
• Direct the vessel crew and ensure proper manning per COI and passenger counts.
• Train crew and enforce USCG and company policies; report incidents timely.
