Rippling is seeking an Audience Marketing Manager for Verticals to own the strategy and growth of priority industries, treating each vertical as a business. You’ll align Demand Gen, Growth, SDRs, and Sales, driving SQO targets and pipeline, while translating buyer insights into differentiated audience messaging and coordinated campaigns.

This high-ownership, 0 → 1 role requires fast learning, urgency, and a track record of launching new GTM motions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing for specific industries and ownership of pipeline or SQO targets.
• Ability to launch and scale new GTM motions or marketing programs from scratch in 0→1 environments.
• Strong messaging, copywriting, and storytelling across decks, ads, emails, and talks written for industry audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the number for each vertical: SQO, pipeline, ARR targets and vertical scorecard.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Demand Gen, Growth, SDRs, and Sales.
• Map buyer groups in each vertical and document pains, triggers, objections, and buying processes.
• Create industry messaging and a right-to-win story across Rippling product portfolio.
• Plan vertical plays and campaign calendars for paid, owned, events, and channels.
• Collaborate with Growth on testing messaging and optimizing performance.
• Build sales plays, talks tracks, discovery guides, and customer stories for the field.
• Size and rank opportunities with RevOps and BizOps to focus on best-fit accounts.
• Gather win/loss insights to guide product marketing and roadmaps.
