Zoom is seeking an Events Manager to own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of vertical events targeting education and healthcare sectors. You will work with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to design plans aligned with revenue targets, manage budgets and vendors, and build reporting dashboards linking events to business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in event management and execution.
• Deep understanding of education and healthcare verticals and compliance.
• Experience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS companies.

• Design and optimize vertical event plans tailored to education and healthcare sectors.
• Manage all aspects of events from pre-event planning to post-event analysis.
• Execute vertical event logistics including trade shows, workshops, healthcare events, speaking engagements, and receptions.
• Build and manage event dashboards based on KPIs including ROI and marketing-sales metrics.
• Own and manage event budgets, POs, and invoices to ensure financial accountability.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners for resources within budget and quality.
• Collaborate with Zoom executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams on event strategy and outcomes.
