Doximity is seeking an Events Manager to plan and execute experiences that connect clinicians and healthcare organizations with our platform. The role covers advisory summits, trade shows, corporate events, and virtual activations, with travel as needed.

The candidate will lead planning, invitations, budgeting, and on-site execution, collaborating with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors to deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Formación

• Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept to execution.
• Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
• Strong ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute Medical Advisory Summits, including invitations, programming, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows and conferences, including booth experiences and lead capture.
• Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that showcase Doximity’s products.
• Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars and product demonstrations.
• Monitor event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; measure attendance and outcomes to improve future programs.
