Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Events Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of vertical education and healthcare events, including industry trade shows, educational workshops, networking receptions, and hosted virtual experiences.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Zoom executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams; design event plans aligned to sector revenue; manage budgets, vendors, and post-event analytics; and build KPI dashboards that connect event

Qualifications

3+ years of event management experience, including in-person and virtual events.
Experience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS companies.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize vertical event plans aligned to revenue goals.
Manage events across full lifecycle from planning to post-event analysis.
Coordinate logistics for industry trade shows, workshops, healthcare events, and hosted ancillary events.
Build dashboards with KPIs, ROI, and reporting for leadership.
Own and manage event budgets, PO creation, and invoice processing.
