Job summary

Doximity is seeking an Events Manager to plan and execute experiences that connect clinicians and healthcare organizations with our AI-powered platform. You will lead advisory summits, trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs, while managing budgets, calendars, vendors, and on-site execution.

Remote in the United States with travel to events required, you will partner with senior leaders and physicians to design engaging attendee experiences that drive adoption and meaningful insights

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution.
• Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
• Strong project management skills keeping multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders on track.
• Comfort working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits.
• Manage presence at medical trade shows.
• Plan corporate events and physician gatherings.
• Produce virtual events and activations.
• Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines.
