Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a seasoned Verticals Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor across Public Sector, Telecoms, and other key verticals. You will design and position comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, drive technology adoption, and enable successful outcomes through architectural leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, or pre-sales experience in large environments.
• Ability to architect and position complex cybersecurity solutions for large, regulated orgs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise networking, routing, switching, security architectures, and hybrid IT environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of virtualization, containers, cloud-native architectures, and modern apps.
• Experience managing complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for exec and technical audiences.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical architectures and measurable outcomes.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design, solution recommendations, and establish project success criteria for strategic engagements.
• Design end-to-end security solutions aligning with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical efforts for complex opportunities and strategic initiatives across verticals.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and lead Early Availability and PoC programs.
• Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Manage technical escalations with Solutions Center, Professional Services, PM, and Support.
• Lead workshops, executive briefings, architecture reviews, and customer presentations.
• Assist customers with security transformation initiatives across cloud, network, apps, data center, and hybrid architectures.
• Advise on industry-specific security challenges including compliance requirements.
