Opti Staffing is hiring for a Vertical CNC Mill Machinist. Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate Haas & Mori vertical mills.
• Load appropriate tools for the job.
• Understand Haas & Fanuc controls.
• Retrieve programs from the database.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and assess solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of machining experience.
• Experience with setup and production of close-tolerance components.
• Programming experience with MasterCam is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and analytical skills.
