Qualifications

• Proficient in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Operates tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establishes and maintains effective team relationships.
• Identifies and reports broken equipment to supervisor.
• Maintains clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and building.
• Maintains positive customer service attitude with staff and residents.
