Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Resource Pool (Float Pool). You will float across units to ensure safe staffing and high-quality care, with a 10% float differential and flexible coverage including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role starts in the Medical‑Surgical pool with opportunities for cross-training into specialty units.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Willingness and ability to float across multiple units.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• BSN is required as of the last update.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Document and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families for recovery and safe transitions.
