Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
• Willingness and ability to float across multiple units.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN within four years of hire date and from an accredited institution.
• BSN is required as of the last update (4/27/2025).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Continuously monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery, understanding, and safe transitions of care.
