Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN required within four (4) years of hire for RNs with less than 12 months of experience.
• BSN required as of 04/27/2025; prior hires held to former requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Continuously monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per regulatory standards.
