Job summary

Intermountain Health’s St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings seeks an experienced Resource Pool RN to float across inpatient units, delivering safe, compassionate care and coordinating with physicians and care teams.

You’ll cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a 10% float differential, gain broad clinical exposure, and pursue cross‑training into specialty areas within a mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Willingness to float across multiple units.
• BSN within four years if <12 months experience.
• BSN required as of last update.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform assessments and develop plans of care.
• Adapt to different units, populations and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care.
• Uphold nursing standards and professional ethics.
