Job summary

Simon is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for Grove City Premium Outlets to maintain the mall's mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and structural systems. You will perform routine inspections, diagnostics and repairs to ensure uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, interior/exterior upkeep, and assisting other departments with event setups. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years building maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to read plans and schematics.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspects facility, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems and structures.
• Performs interior/exterior maintenance: painting, drywall, lighting, plumbing, and sidewalks.
• Operates equipment for preventive maintenance and keeps activity logs.
• Supports Marketing and Local Leasing with event setup and cart repairs.
• Follows OSHA and safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Schedules and performs preventive maintenance tasks as directed.
• Maintains inventories, MSDS, supplies, and tools records.
• Occasionally handles exterior custodial duties and trash removal.
• May take on additional maintenance duties as assigned.
