Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical School certifications and/or training preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years building maintenance experience across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems and structural elements.
• Inspects facility and performs preventive maintenance on systems and property.
• Performs interior/exterior painting, drywall and general repairs; maintains lighting and fixtures.
• Assists Marketing with events and Local Leasing with cart placement and repairs.
• Ensures safety standards and OSHA compliance to promote a safe work environment.
• Maintains inventory, records, MSDS, supplies and tools; logs activities.
• Performs exterior custodial duties as needed (trash, cleaning, sweeping).
• Operates equipment to perform maintenance tasks and cleaning.
