Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs on buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect, service, lubricate and repair pumps, valves, controls and related devices.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting and building finishes; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain safety practices, document maintenance activities, and comply with codes and directives.
• Operate using building automation systems and standard office technology.
