HMSHost is seeking a Cook G in Austin, TX to assist in a high-volume kitchen. You will prepare foods across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs, following recipes and communicating ticket status to the manager and servers.

This is a non-exempt, full-time role requiring attentiveness to food safety. You should have at least 1 year of related cooking experience and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while standing for long periods.

Competenze

• 1 year of related cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of soups, sauté, broiler, fry, and pantry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Follow recipes and prepare items across Fry, Griddle, Pantry and eggs.
• Communicate ticket times and issues to manager and servers as needed.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation; adhere to HACCP standards.
