Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and prepares items across Fry, Griddle, Pantry stations.
• Tastes foods, estimates production needs, and coordinates with management.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment; maintains HACCP standards.
• Operates kitchen equipment and handles ingredients for multiple stations.
• Stocks, dates, rotates, and checks product temperatures.
