The role covers staffing, budget, compliance, and local marketing initiatives to maximize revenue while maintaining service excellence. Strong leadership and luxury retail experience are essential, with full-time availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail or beauty industries.
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Team leadership and talent development.
• Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Guest service and sales expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Full-time, open availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing center team with coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle escalations professionally.
• Drive retail sales, Wax Passes, and service bookings to achieve KPIs and revenue goals.
• Oversee scheduling, labor budgets, training compliance, and HR policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant center environment, and manage inventory and orders.
