You will coach, hire, and develop staff, ensure policy compliance, and model service excellence in a luxury retail environment. Responsibilities include leading KPIs, managing labor budgets, scheduling, and coordinating marketing efforts while maintaining a safe, organized center.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role in retail, beauty, or spa.
• Luxury environment experience preferred.
• Proven track record of reaching sales and operational targets.
• Strong team leadership and talent development.
• Budget management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; conflict resolution.
• MS Office and POS proficiency.
• Full-time with evenings and weekends.
• Strong English language skills.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Lead store team through coaching, development, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalations.
• Drive retail sales, Wax Passes, and service bookings; monitor KPIs.
• Create associate schedules and manage labor budgets.
• Maintain compliance with training, licensing, HR policies; oversee daily ops.
• Maintain clean, safe center and manage inventory and product orders.
