Job summary

EWC Growth is seeking a Center Sales Director to lead the business at a luxury level, developing a high-performing team and delivering an elevated guest experience. You will own sales results, coach staff, and drive marketing initiatives to attract guests and build partnerships.

Compensation includes a base salary with up to 25k in annual uncapped commissions, paid monthly. This full-time role demands strong leadership and operations oversight, with availability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Team leadership and talent development.
• Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Guest service and sales expertise.
• Strong proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive service and retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive sales and guest experience.
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing associates.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll, deposits, and other daily admin tasks.
• Maintain compliance with training, HR, and operational requirements.
