Job summary

EWC Growth LLC in Florida is seeking a Center Sales Director to lead a high-performing center, drive sales, and elevate the guest experience. You’ll own performance, coach a winning team, and set the energy and expectations on-site.

You’ll manage service and retail sales, develop talent, and build local partnerships while maintaining brand standards and a culture of accountability and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution
• Strong proficiency in English and guest service and sales expertise

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive stronger sales performance and elevated guest experience
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives to grow the business
• Oversee scheduling, labor targets, timekeeping, payroll, deposits, and daily admin functions
• Ensure center runs efficiently and reflects brand standards
