Job summary

Legends Global in the United States, Florida, is seeking a hands-on POS support specialist to keep event technology running smoothly. You will diagnose software, firmware, and hardware issues, perform preventive maintenance, and escalate complex problems to higher tiers as needed.

The role requires physical stamina to stand and walk during events, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication with internal teams and venue staff. Prior experience with POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary.
• Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events.
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage.
