Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Venue Technology Supervisor at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time position provides level 1 & 2 support for POS systems, performs hardware replacements, and ensures all venue technologies operate smoothly before and during events.

Responsibilities include diagnosing software/hardware issues, implementing improvements, and maintaining knowledge of standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in environment.
• Strong presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Physical ability to stand, walk long distances, and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all POS system problems and escalate as needed.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure systems are operational prior to and during events.
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices.
