Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale systems, diagnose hardware and software issues, and implement improvements to ensure reliable operations during events.

You will conduct venue walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, and uphold safety policies while collaborating with internal teams. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and elevate when necessary
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
• Conduct venue walk‑throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during events
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakage
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, and complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training

Qualifications

• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills; proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and timely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to environmental changes immediately
• Highly effective oral presentation and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including operating system and office software
• Ability to be on feet and walk long distances
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
