Pinnacle Live is seeking a Rigging Services Manager to oversee daily rigging operations at Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on labor planning, safety compliance, and coordinating resources to meet event needs.

The position requires overseeing technicians, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality, safe productions across venues for premier hotels and resorts in North America.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage rigging operations and lead technical teams.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, blueprints, and job orders with safety in mind.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Vectorworks and coordinating labor and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily rigging operations and labor planning at assigned venue.
• Supervises Technicians and ensures safety, quality, and compliance.
• Manages budgets, inventory, and load calculations for events.
• Collaborates with venue leadership and clients to determine labor needs.
• Trains and coaches Rigging staff and leads process improvements.
