Legends Global is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN. You will oversee day-to-day hospitality operations, guest experience, and revenue-generating activities to deliver exceptional events.

The role requires 3–5 years of venue management experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor relations. This onsite role demands evenings and weekends during peak seasons, with a focus on maintaining Legends standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of management experience in contract foodservice, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts, concessions, premium services and beverage programs for venues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; POS systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant General Manager ('AGM') is responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the venue's operations including. Utilizing initiative and independent judgment closely with the General Manager in planning, directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, the AGM has responsibility for all aspects of hospitality and managing the operation, including guest experience, event innovation, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to key stakeholders.

The AGM ensures implementation of the level of hospitality associated with Legends Global, with the objective of exceeding guest expectations and increased profits. They will hold the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and guides their individual professional development. The AGM reports to the General Manager.

ABOUT RUOFF MUSIC CENTER

Legends Global is proud to partner with Live Nation at Ruoff Music Center, a 24,500 capacity outdoor amphitheater located at 12880 East, 146th Street, Noblesville, Indiana. The venue was opened for the general public in 1989. Formerly, the amphitheater was known as Deer Creek Music Center, Verizon Wireless Music Center, and Klipsch Music Center.

Ruoff Music Center is the most prominent outdoor music center of central Indiana and Live Nations number one venue in the country for ticket sales and food & beverage revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

• Uphold Legends Global standards for quality and performance in all phases of the food and beverage operations
• Constantly innovate the guest experience - food, service, communications, etc. by balancing creativity with practical implementation.
• Oversee operational management team, including developing talent, promoting from within, coaching, and performance management
• Assist in developing yearly operational budgets that result in a fiscally sound operation - including product levels and pricing.
• Oversee monthly inventory for all departments
• Verify, prepare and submit reports/monthly projections as required
• Work closely with various sub-contractors and vendors to ensure all standards are met, terms of contract are followed and pricing is negotiated
• Ensure unit compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment and EEO guidelines.
• Performing additional related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in a sports and entertainment venue
• Ideal candidates must have experience in high volume, foodservice accounts, preferably in concessions, premium services and beverage programs for a sports and/or entertainment venue
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
• Experience working in both union and non-union environment is preferredPrevious P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and POS Systems is required
• Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

This is an onsite role based in Noblesville, IN
