Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a General Manager F&B for the Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN. The role directs all day-to-day venue operations including concessions and premium services, with P&L responsibility and strict regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of management in high-volume food service, preferably at a sports/entertainment venue, with alcohol oversight. Onsite, extended hours required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of venue management experience.
• Experience in high-volume food service, concessions, or premium services.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multi-tasking in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concessions and premium services operations for the venue.
• Manage budgets, monthly P&L statements and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop management team; coach and promote from within.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, OSHA, payroll and EEO guidelines.
• Collaborate with client and business partners; manage vendor relationships.
• Develop annual operating budgets and inventory controls; report projections.
