Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Noblesville, IN venue. The AGM will direct day-to-day hospitality and operations, drive guest experience, and manage revenue initiatives under the General Manager’s guidance.

You will lead a leadership team, develop budgets, monitor inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional guest service and profit growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of management experience in contract foodservice, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts, concessions, premium services and beverage programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in both union and non-union environments preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS Systems is required.
• Strong customer and client service focus with initiative, leadership and management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

• Ensure unit compliance with laws and Legends regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment and EEO guidelines.

About the Role

The Assistant General Manager (‘AGM’) is responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the venue’s operations including. Utilizing initiative and independent judgment closely with the General Manager in planning, directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, the AGM has responsibility for all aspects of hospitality and managing the operation, including guest experience, event innovation, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to key stakeholders.

The AGM ensures implementation of the level of hospitality associated with Legends Global, with the objective of exceeding guest expectations and increased profits. They will hold the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and guides their individual professional development. The AGM reports to the General Manager.

About Ruoff Music Center

Legends Global is proud to partner with Live Nation at Ruoff Music Center, a 24,500 capacity outdoor amphitheater located at 12880 East, 146th Street, Noblesville, Indiana. The venue was opened for the general public in 1989. Formerly, the amphitheater was known as Deer Creek Music Center, Verizon Wireless Music Center, and Klipsch Music Center.

Ruoff Music Center is the most prominent outdoor music center of central Indiana and Live Nations number one venue in the country for ticket sales and food & beverage revenue.

What You’ll Do (key Responsibilities & Outcomes)

What You Bring (qualifications & Experience)

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in a sports and entertainment venue


• Ideal candidates must have experience in high volume, foodservice accounts, preferably in concessions, premium services and beverage programs for a sports and/or entertainment venue


• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment


• Experience working in both union and non-union environment is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and POS Systems is required

WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

• This is an onsite role based in Noblesville, IN


• You must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays when in season.
