Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Assistant General Manager for Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN. The role directs day-to-day venue operations, guest experience, and hospitality, reporting to the General Manager.

The AGM collaborates with the leadership team to drive revenue, compliance, and service excellence. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience in high-volume foodservice, with strong communication skills and a track record of team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of management experience in contract foodservice, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts, concessions, premium services, and beverage programs.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Legends Global standards for quality and performance in all food & beverage operations.
• Innovate the guest experience by balancing creativity with practical implementation.
• Oversee the operations leadership team, including talent development and performance management.
• Assist in developing yearly operational budgets to ensure fiscal soundness.
• Oversee monthly inventory for all departments.
• Prepare and submit reports and monthly projections as required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure contract terms and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations (alcohol, OSHA, payroll, EEO).
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
