Job summary

Legends Global seeks a General Manager of Food & Beverage for Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN. You will oversee concessions, premium services, and an on-site team, driving guest experience and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and P&L, developing annual operating plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships with Live Nation and subcontractors. This role requires leadership and a track record in high-volume venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of management experience in contract food service, preferably in sports/entertainment venues.
• Experience in high-volume food service accounts, with alcohol sales oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS systems.
• Strong commitment to customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Legends' standards for quality and performance across F&B operations.
• Innovate guest experience in food, service and communications.
• Balance creativity with practical implementation.
• Manage the operational budget and monthly P&L reporting.
• Maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Oversee management team, develop talent and coach for performance.
• Develop annual operating budgets including product levels and pricing.
• Oversee monthly inventory for all departments.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports and projections.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet contract terms and standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations.
