Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment in Rochester, MN seeks an experienced Front-of-House operations lead to direct venue activities under the General and Operations Managers. You’ll help plan budgets, schedule staff, drive sales programs, and supervise center employees while delivering excellent guest service.

This full-time role requires 2 years of FOH exposure, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of FOH experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Industry-specific experience is highly desired.
• Promote a culture of respect, camaraderie, and inclusiveness for all guests and staff.
• Be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand and move quickly for an entire shift.
• Attend all meetings and shifts on time.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Operations Manager in preparing budgets, forecasting, financial recording, and reporting.
• Plan and implement sales programs to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Supervise center employees and ensure policies are understood and followed.
• Manage personnel activities to hire, train, schedule, and deliver service.
• Promote a positive image by maintaining a fun, safe, clean environment and delivering courteous customer service.
