Triple Shift Entertainment in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced venue operations manager to direct day-to-day activities under the General Manager. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, scheduling, payroll coordination, and adherence to policies while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of FOH experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Industry-specific experience is highly desired.
• Foster a culture of respect, camaraderie, and inclusiveness for all guests and staff.
• Work varied hours/days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Must have the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
• Excellence in superior time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Operations Manager in preparing budgets, forecasting, financial recording, and reporting.
• Plan and implement sales programs to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Supervise center employees and ensure procedures and policies are followed.
• Manage personnel activities to hire, train, and schedule staff for quality service.
• Promote a positive image by maintaining a safe, clean, customer-friendly environment.
