Qualifications

• Prior experience as a General Manager required.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong health, safety, and excellence standards.
• Willingness to work with venue staff and foster a team environment.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, noisy environment and stay focused.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, sales or other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement or to identify areas needing improvement.
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
• Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures according to direction.
• Hire and train staff; perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, and performance evaluation.
• Assist with disciplinary actions in partnership with HR as needed.
• Run staff meetings and communicate effectively with the team.
• Work late nights and weekends to observe operations, staffing, and customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure proper use of the center security system.
• Support direction and implementation of all center operations to increase revenue and lower costs.
• Complete and review all inventory reports and process invoices.
• Develop and/or increase community relationships through respect.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
