Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and department coordination under the General Manager. You’ll lead front-of-house, production support, and venue services, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient daily functions during shows and events.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with city and third-party contractors, and drive optimal operating conditions for HVAC, elevators, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in House/Operations management or similar role.
• Experience dealing with police and public officials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and staff.
• Proficient with MS Office and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, across departments.
• Delegate tasks to staff to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and oversee budget for repairs and venue expenses.
• Assist GM with annual and quarterly operations budgets.
• Ensure facility equipment is well maintained and compliant.
