Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily mailroom operations, coordinate office facilities, manage vendors, and support space planning and moves in a large corporate office. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with building engineers, manage work orders via Zendesk, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while maintaining accurate records and budgets for facility projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of facilities, office management, workplace operations, or related experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing facility-related projects.
• Experience using Zendesk or a similar work order/ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the corporate mailroom and coordinate shipping and mailing.
• Coordinate office facilities operations and workplace services.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee facility services projects.
• Plan space allocation, seating charts, and office moves.
• Support safety and OSHA-compliant workplace standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain facilities documentation.
