Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks an Assistant Production Manager to support on-site coordination for concerts and events, covering on-stage, backstage, and show settlement activities. You will liaise with tours, clients and venue teams to ensure rider fulfillment, staffing readiness, and adherence to schedules.

The role emphasizes hands-on management, vendor coordination, and budget awareness in a fast-paced, high-energy environment at Live Nation venues.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in event-based production, with emphasis in live music.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between tour/client production and the Live Nation venue, obtaining presale technical information and rider requirements.
Interface with vendors, tours, clients and venue teams for show requirements and labor/cost control.
Manage day-of-show operations from load in to load out, ensuring on-time schedules and quality of service.
Assist the Production Manager with show accounting and settlement with artists and vendors.
Monitor labor costs and budgets to maintain cost-effective operations.
Oversee onboarding and training of production staff to ensure readiness and best practices.
