Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of experience managing corporate facilities operations and office services functions.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executives, senior leaders, employees, vendors, and building management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing Facilities and Office Services team across multiple locations.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, including access control, mail/distribution, print centers, pantry, supplies, reception, and conference rooms.
• Direct vendor activities for maintenance, repairs, and contracted services; monitor performance and budgeting.
• Review work orders and ensure prioritization, tracking, and timely completion.
• Manage space planning, moves, restacks, relocations, and occupancy records.
• Establish relationships with building management, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
