Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee cleaning and janitorial operations for our sports and entertainment venue. Reporting to the District Manager, you will supervise all housekeeping personnel, coordinate event and post-event cleaning, manage budgets, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, ability to liaise with arena management, and a proactive approach to staffing, training, and vendor

Qualifications

• Client relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Experience managing large housekeeping teams.
• Budget planning and cost control experience.
• Willingness to work extended hours during events.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all cleaning operations for daily services, events and post-event cleaning.
• Trains and schedules full- and part-time staff.
• Liaises with Arena Management and third-party contractors for clean operations.
• Ensures cost-effective operations with budget maintenance.
• Develops SOPs and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversees quality and safety standards per OSHA requirements.
• Maintains logs, reports, and inventory; handles HR-related tasks.
