Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations for our sports venue.

You will manage housekeeping staff, train teams, schedule events, and ensure safety and quality standards while collaborating with the Site Operations Manager. Prior janitorial supervision and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Plans and coordinates all cleaning operations, including daily housekeeping services and post-event cleaning.
• Trains, plans, schedules and assigns full and part-time employees.
• Maintains records for shift deployment forms, sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports and safety reports.
• Assists with hiring, interviewing, employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, and payroll concerns.

Responsibilities

• Directs cleaning staff to ensure event areas are clean and safe.
• Constantly walks the facility during events to ensure performance and safety standards.
• Checks staff in/out and ensures staffing meets required levels.
• Schedules staff for upcoming events and communicates work schedules.
