Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our Northern California venue. The role reports to the District Manager and oversees cleaning/janitorial staff and operations, including event and post-event cleaning, budgeting, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage managers, supervisors and frontline staff, coordinate with arena leadership and vendors, and ensure cost-efficient operations while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning operations in large venues or facilities.
• Strong budgeting and vendor coordination abilities.
• HR tasks such as payroll, safety and disciplinary actions management.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all cleaning operations for daily, event and post-event services.
• Trains and schedules full- and part-time staff.
• Liaises with arena management and third-party vendors to oversee cleaning operations.
• Maintains budget and financial procedures; prepares cost estimates and settlements.
• Develops and implements SOPs and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensures high-quality service and supervises managers and staff.
• Maintains records, reports and inventory levels; coordinates cost control.
• Addresses client concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Performs HR duties including hiring, interviewing and payroll in coordination with leadership.
