Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our Northern California venue. You will oversee cleaning/janitorial staff and coordinate daily operations, event cleaning, and post-event duties.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage budgets, supervise managers and frontline staff, ensure OSHA compliance, and partner with arena management to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 2-3 years of employee management experience.
• 2-3 years in janitorial/cleaning operations.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all cleaning operations, including daily housekeeping, event cleaning, and post-event night cleaning.
• Trains, plans, schedules and assigns full and part-time employees.
• Liaison between the company and Arena Management to oversee building cleaning operations and subcontractors.
• Prepares and maintains the budget to ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Establishes and monitors financial procedures, accounts, and control records.
• Develops and implements SOPs and a preventative maintenance program.
• Monitors service quality, supervises managers, and maintains logs and reports.
