Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group in Austin is seeking an experienced Post Event Manager to oversee cleaning, janitorial duties and staff at Moody Center Arena. You will report to the Site Manager and ensure operations run smoothly during post-event shifts.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, coordinating equipment, inspecting facilities, and maintaining safety and budget adherence while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the post-event shift.
• Decide staff deployment and ensure equipment is ready before shift start.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Check-in staff, complete deployment sheets and assign coverage.
• Provide training and communicate policies and procedures.
• Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure work is completed within budgeted hours.
• Complete post-event tracking and labor reports.
• Respond to client service requests and maintain safety standards.
