Job summary

Encore’s Project Coordinator, Venues in Scottsdale, AZ leads planning and execution of small to mid-sized events. You will partner with sales and operations to deliver execution plans and ensure profitable results while upholding Encore’s standards.

This role requires strong communication, a tech-savvy mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel/convention setting, with opportunities to mentor team members and improve local knowledge across venues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years tech experience in the event technology or Broadcast industry.
• 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience, preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Technical Background.
• Strong Client relationship skills.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Ability to multitask.
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to read technical diagrams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate production & labor schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope, execution plan and individual responsibilities.
• Maintain client focus by attending meetings, managing show files and addressing client concerns.
• Review sales documents to ensure equipment and positions meet client needs.
• Communicate on-site execution plan and changes, including billing and schedules.
• Review information with crew leads to ensure success and profitability.
• Operate equipment and assist qualified crew members.
• Mentor team members on best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with completion and analysis of the EPT tool for events.
• Process post-event items, including timesheets, invoices, and reporting.
• Identify training opportunities with Venue Operations leaders.
