Job summary

Legends Global in Tucson Convention Center is seeking a senior security leader to oversee operations, training, and incident response for a public venue. You will manage security staff, coordinate emergency plans, and ensure guests and staff are safe while delivering a top-tier experience.

The role requires 5+ years leading security at large venues, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing security operations in a public facility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and security IoT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign security shift staff.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure staff have necessary information.
• Review department checklists and account for equipment.
• Print and review event resumes with the team.
• Notify supervisor of required employee corrections.
• Secure property and manage doors for events and staff.
• Conduct routine property walks and respond to emergencies.
• Handle incident and property-damage reports
• Interact with the public and all levels of management.
• Ensure camera systems are functioning and data stored.
