Job summary

Legends Global seeks a senior security leader for the Tucson Convention Center. The role directs security staff, coordinates emergency responses, and ensures safety for guests, employees, clients, and the facility.

Strong leadership and experience in public assembly venues are essential. Ideal candidate will manage union-represented personnel, oversee security systems, and collaborate with management to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess current working knowledge of security and safety programs in public facilities.
• Five years of leadership in security operation management for large venues.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assigns security shift staff.
• Conducts shift briefings and reviews equipment and resumes.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates incident reporting.
• Ensures cameras are functioning and data stored properly.
• Interacts with guests and staff, ensuring safety and security.
